Keeping Your Immune System Strong! S ometimes I feel like the COVID 19 virus is controlling our lives. We see its evidence with stressed out medical systems and people in protective garb. We hear about the updates and numbers of those affected. We breathe through our masks which is a reminder of this hidden illness. When all of these messages consume our day, it is difficult to remember that we do have control of howwe wish to live and can take actions to protect and maintain a healthy immune system. The following tips are suggestions to do for your everyday living: 1. Begin your day by spending a few minutes to breathe. We have discussed breathing techniques inprevious articles. Take a few deep breaths – maybe even going outside in order to help ground and connect.
