Steve Rumancik

Steve Rumancik is Founder and CEO of Peak Technology LLC, a managed service information company with a mission of helping small and mid-sized companies save money and improve their business technology systems through IT Management, maintenance, support, and standardized practices.

Since 1998 Steve has been helping clients with the mindset of doing what is best for them. During that time, he was able to learn from many great leaders on how to treat clients, colleagues and what it means to run a successful business.

Prior to working in the IT field, Steve was able to see first-hand what it was like to be a “user.” He can relate to what his clients express when Peak Technology is brought on board to help them. As a result of this experience, Steve saw an opportunity to do things differently and break from the normal status quo of IT companies. Being in front of clients as much as possible and treating them like good humans is part of Peak Technology’s proactive approach and is what makes them unique.

When Steve is not geeking out on new technology at work, you can find him on the golf course, taking in live music, and going on hikes with his wife, two children and two dogs.
